Skill Chamber was built by founders with experience across software, learning, communication, and entrepreneurship, united by a shared belief: AI should help people build skills, not lose them.
The Founders
We believe AI should expand human capability, not reduce it. Our mission is to use AI to help people build skills, grow with confidence, and get more from learning, while keeping education grounded in human connection.
Product architecture and platform development
Ernesto is a technologist, product builder, and AI specialist with more than 20 years of experience in software development across CMS, SaaS, language learning, and AI. He co-founded Catwizard and LingoStand, has worked in fast-moving technology environments including Planhat in Sweden, and now focuses increasingly on applied AI, including supporting SMEs and startups through his work as an AI Tutor at the EOI.
Market development and growth
Adam is an entrepreneur, communicator, and learning-focused operator. He began as an English teacher for professionals in Cadiz, later worked in solar-energy sales, and then spent more than 11 years building and managing hospitality businesses. Over the last 6 years he has focused on digital communications in tech, helping translate complex products into clear language and shaping Skill Chamber’s vision and go-to-market approach.
Engineering and frontend product delivery
Cindy is a software engineer, frontend specialist, and product thinker with more than 15 years of experience building digital products in international environments. She co-founded Catwizard and LingoStand, working across frontend architecture, full-stack development, and user experience, and later worked as a Frontend Software Engineer at Celonis, contributing to enterprise-scale product teams.
